General Introduction and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the melbe online gaming platform ("Platform" or "Site") and all services provided through it. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between the user ("you" or "user") and melbe.

You must provide true, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration. Providing incorrect or false information will result in immediate account cancellation and the associated balance may be forfeited. It is your responsibility to notify the support team promptly if any of your information changes.

3.2 Login Credential Security

Keep your username and password completely confidential. Sharing this information with any third party or allowing others to use your account is prohibited. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

The following policies apply to financial transactions on the melbe platform:

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

melbe offers new users a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000. Or depositing ৳12,000 gives a maximum bonus of ৳10,000, bringing the total balance to ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Winnings earned from a bonus must meet the specified wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳40,000 in bets must be placed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Policy

• Each user may use each bonus offer only once.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn — only the portion of winnings earned after the wagering requirements are met is withdrawable.
• melbe reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or fraudulent means will result in all bonuses being forfeited.

VIP Program and Cashback

melbe maintains three VIP tiers that reward regular players. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Users can progress to higher tiers through regular play. VIP benefits may be withdrawn in cases of fraudulent activity or violation of the terms and conditions.

Gaming and Betting Rules

All gaming and sports betting activity on melbe is conducted on the principle of fairness. Please keep the following points in mind:

7.1 Game Results

The outcome of all games is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). If a game is cancelled due to a machine error or technical issue, the staked amount will be refunded.

7.2 Betting Limits

7.3 Acceptable Player Conduct

Cheating, software exploitation, match-fixing, or any attempt at collusive manipulation in any game or betting system is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be immediately closed and all balances will be forfeited.

Prohibited Activities and Platform Misuse

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the melbe platform:

• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform.

Involvement in any of these prohibited activities will result in immediate account cancellation and legal action may be taken where applicable.

Limitation of Liability

melbe is not liable for any loss arising from technical issues, internet connection disruptions, or third-party service failures. No guarantee is given that the platform will always be available without interruption.

Gaming and betting involve financial risk. You acknowledge that participating in gaming activities is entirely your personal decision and that you bear sole responsibility for any financial losses arising from it.

Intellectual Property and Content

All content on the melbe platform — including logos, graphics, software, designs, and text — is the proprietary property of melbe. Copying, distributing, modifying, or using this content for commercial purposes without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Third-party game content (such as games from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, and Spribe) is owned by the respective providers and operated under the applicable licenses.

Account Suspension and Closure

melbe may temporarily or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
